K’HEALTH

Hear its name and feel its strength starting November 3rd.

AHRI

Q: Mana cost reduced, power ratio increased.

Ahri’s charm nerf in patch 12.17 weakened her a little too much. So we increased her damage (not her crowd control ability) to make her more charming.

A – GLOBE OF ILLUSION

  • Mana cost: 60/70/80/90/100 ⇒ 55/65/75/85/95
  • Damage per pass: 40/65/90/115/140 (+ 40% of your ability power) ⇒ 40/65/90/115/140 (+ 45% of your ability power)

BEL’VETH

E cooldown increased. Void Remora health reduced.

Lately, Bel’Veth has ruled the jungle like an empress (which doesn’t fit her story at all!). Therefore, we are increasing her AND hers cooldown time so that she is no longer permanently available (especially if she uses it to cultivate). And on top of that, we’re reducing her ability to easily take advantage of her baby remora about her.

E – IMPERIAL MAELSTRÖM

  • Cooldown: 22 / 20.5 / 19 / 17.5 / 16 ⇒ 24 / 22.5 / 21 / 19.5 / 18

R – INFINITE BANQUET

  • Void Remore Health: 50/60/70% ⇒ 40/50/60% of the minion’s maximum health

BLITZCRANK

Base health and base armor reduced. W attack speed reduced.

Jungle Blitzcrank buffs made him dangerous, but not in the right position … So we’re reducing his support capacity which is a bit too powerful considering the jungle-oriented buffs he has received in the last two patches.

BASIC STATISTICS

  • Base HP: 653 ⇒ 633
  • Base Magic Resist: 32 ⇒ 28

Z – OVERLOAD

  • Bonus Attack Speed: 40/53/66/79/92% ⇒ 30/43/56/69/82%

CORKI

Increased HP and Attack Damage growth stats.

Corki has been flying on the ground with Daisies for a while, so we’re upgrading her short range builds by increasing her duration and synergy with Shine.

BASIC STATISTICS

  • HP growth statistic: 101 ⇒ 105
  • Attack damage growth statistic: 2.5 ⇒ 2.8

MALZAHAR

And now he can execute minions.

Malzahar relies heavily on Malevolent Visions to finish off his enemies early in the game. However, this isn’t always won given the frequency and low damage of this skill. So we’re adding a little support mechanic to give it a boost. We’ll look at the success rate of this to see if these changes could benefit similar champions.

E – VISIONS OF EVIL

  • NEW Kill Confirmed: Evil Visions now executes minions below 15-45 health (levels 1-11)

MISS FORTUNA

E: Increased power ratio, reduced starting snare, increased snare power ratio. R power ratio increased.

Miss Fortune still reigns supreme over the seas and bottom lane since her Q was changed in patch 12.17. The slowdown inflicted by Bullet Rain is then reduced in order to make our Bounty Hunter less dominant at the start of the game. Additionally, these changes negatively impacted Power-type Miss Fortune. So let’s give these builds some love by ARAM out of goal.

E – RAIN OF BALLS

  • Magic Damage: 70/100/130/160/190 (+ 100% of your ability power) ⇒ 70/100/130/160/190 (+ 120% of your ability power)
  • Slow: 50% (+ 4% per 100 ability power) ⇒ 40% (+ 6% per 100 ability power)

R – LEAD DAM

  • Damage per Wave: 75% Attack Damage + 20% Ability Power ⇒ 75% Attack Damage + 25% Ability Power

ORNN

The R has been updated.

Sometimes bugs turn into functionality. Ornn’s ult has been inflicting a 60% slow for a while now, and we have decided to iron out that bug in this patch. (Note: this will not result in any changes from the current patch.)

R – CALL OF THE GOD OF THE FORGE

  • Maximum slow: 40/50/60% ⇒ 60% at all ranks

XIN ZHAO

Passive Ability: The attack damage ratio of the third hit bonus damage has been increased, the healing power ratio has been increased. E cooldown decreased.

Xin Zhao is still finding his place in a meta where he can’t do much after the laning phase is over, as everyone around him has more stamina, etc. We are upgrading him a bit so that he can keep up with the progress of the game.

PASSIVE ABILITY – DETERMINATION

  • Third hit bonus damage: 15/25/35/45% attack damage ⇒ 15/30/45/60% attack damage
  • Healing: 6-74 (based on level) (+ 10% attack damage) (+ 55% ability power) ⇒ 6-74 (based on level) (+ 10% attack damage) (+ 65% of own power)

E – CHARGE IN BOLD

  • Cooldown: 12 seconds ⇒ 11 seconds

COMPETITIVE

/ remake feature updates

We are reducing the time it takes before you can request a postponement of the game, so that you can do so when the absence of a player could harm the integrity of the competition, if this player is absent from the start of the game. This patch does not significantly change the way the system works and we are working on a way to make the remake request more efficient. For a more complete explanation of this feature, please refer to our / remake command FAQ.

  • The remake request is available starting from 3 minutes of play ⇒ The remake request is available between 1 minute and 30 and 3 minutes of play.
  • From 3 minutes into the game, the team missing a player can launch a vote by typing the command / remake in the messaging window. ⇒ If the conditions for requesting a remake are met between the start of the game and 3 minutes of play, teams can request a remake between 1 minute 30 and 3 minutes of play by typing the command / remake in the message window. You will always have a minimum of 30 seconds to enter the / remake command from the moment the required conditions are met. So if the conditions are met at 2:59 minutes, you will have up to 3:29 minutes to initiate the remake request.
  • You can now request a remake in ARAM and in rotating game mode, with the same updated rules.

EVENT MISSIONS

A new wave of event quests has arrived! Keep progressing in your Event Pass with Empyrean Story Missions, which will be available to all players. We’ve also tweaked these missions and added 440 XP rewards for each, for a total of 8,300 XP (down from 3,900 XP).

With all three mission chains (Spirit Blossom, Tales from the Rift, and Empyreans) released, players can also complete the World Tour 2022 mission to gain an additional 500 XP.

BUG FIXES AND IMPROVEMENTS

  • Fixed an issue where champion clone damage was not being increased when receiving multiple turret hits in a row.
  • Fixed an issue where Syndra’s E was not dealing damage to epic monsters other than the Rift Herald.
  • Fixed an issue where Syndra’s E could damage Gwen even when she was in her W.
  • Fixed an issue where Viego in Syndra form would not drop units captured with Syndra’s W after possession is complete.
  • Fixed an issue where Nilah’s Q passive shield duration did not match the duration shown in the hint.
  • Fixed an issue where Mordekaiser’s E visual effects would sometimes play twice per cast.
  • Fixed a bug where some debuffs would dissipate the bonus adaptive force granted by W.
  • Fixed an issue where enemies hit by Rakan’s R + Z combo could use their items and abilities in the air.
  • Fixed an issue where Darius’ R would not always reset cooldown when the target died just before taking damage.
  • Removed the “Show enemy info hints” option. (Note: this feature was removed years ago, but we hadn’t disabled the option, so it didn’t do anything …)
