1. Butter tray
We’ve been seeing it everywhere for some time now, the dish of butter is raging on TikTok. It is a perfect addition to a table during a trendy dinner. fortune or as an aperitif if you have friends. It replaces the cold cuts platter, or accompanies it!
The popularity of the butter tray stems from the fact that it is highly customizable. At the base, a board is covered with butter, then the desired toppings are added. Honey, figs, nuts, sweet, salty, everything is possible. Dip your favorite bread or cracker into the mixture.
2. Avocado toast reinvented
What’s better than a mashed avocado or sliced on a slice of bread? Avocado on a potato style hashbrown! TikTok offers to make your own potato using an air fryer and you will get a delicious breakfast or lunch.
Several brands offer potatoes hashbrown frozen that fit perfectly in the air fryer. Next, mash a ripe avocado with a fork, then place the puree on the potato. Then add the toppings of your choice such as an egg, veggies, sesame, as you like.
3. Perfectly round cookies
Making cookies can be super easy, but getting all the different shapes can be frustrating. Fortunately, TikTok has come up with a simple trick that creates cute, round cookies perfect for a photo.
When your cookies come out of the oven and are still hot, use a glass to give the dough a perfect shape. Simple and efficient!
4. Jujube drink
This original, sweet and simple drink requires only two ingredients! Perfect for fans of bubble tea who wants to try a new version at home.
Start by melting the gummy candies in the glass by filling it halfway with boiling water. Try natural fruit gummies for best results. Once the candies have melted, place the glass in the refrigerator for a few hours (between 2 and 5 o’clock) so that the mixture freezes. Then, fill the second half of your glass with flavored milk of your choice, then mash the gummy candies with a large bubble tea straw!

Model Hailey Bieber has a knack for creating trends, both with her “frosted donut” nail polish and her lipstick. She also managed to make a smoothie go viral by sharing her favorite recipe of hers that she dubbed “strawberry glaze”. Only available in a Californian market, TikTok users have managed to recreate the blend.
Some ingredients from the original recipe are pretty hard to find, but this version is just as delicious. Mix the frozen strawberries, dates, avocado, maple syrup, vanilla collagen powder, and almond milk in your blender. Garnish your glass with coconut cream and strawberry jam before pouring the mixture and voila!
8. Korean cucumber salad
This Korean Spiced Cucumber Salad Recipe will be the perfect accompaniment to all of your next meals.
Cut about 500 grams of fresh mini cucumber into fairly thin half-moons. Put them in a bowl with salt, and let them “sweat”, which means they lose their water. After 10 minutes, drain the cucumbers and add half a sliced onion. For the sauce, mix 2 tablespoons of chili flakes, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of fish or soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 and a half tablespoons of vinegar and half a teaspoon of minced garlic. Add it to your cucumbers and onions and it’s ready.
9. Cloud bread
This “bread” takes its name from its airy texture, which makes one think of a cloud. As beautiful as anything else and customizable, the recipe is easier to make than you think.
To recreate cloud bread, you will need 3 egg yolks, 10 grams of corn starch and 30 grams of sugar. Beat the eggs, then add the cornstarch. Whisk again, then add the sugar and continue whisking until the mixture turns white and spikes. On a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, pour your mixture and create the desired shape, for example a circle. Cook for 25 minutes at 300 and voila! You can add vanilla into your mix for a sweeter taste and food coloring for a cloudy look.
10. Bowl of salmon
This easy-to-recreate lunch using mostly leftovers and ingredients that are already in your fridge will be perfect for days when time is short!
This recipe can be easily modified to suit your taste. Basically, its creator Emily Mariko suggests putting the leftover rice in the microwave with an ice cube for a lightly steamed side. Then mash the leftover salmon over the rice (you can also use a tuna joint). For the filling, use soy sauce, Japanese mayonnaise and sriracha. You can add green onions, avocados and cucumbers too! Eat it all with sushi seaweed and you’ll be transported to Japan in an instant.
