A stone’s throw from the Champ de Mars, we discover Claudia Paris, who introduces herself as a “Italian canteen”. His very warm and typical Mediterranean decoration we embark directly for the Amalfi coast. And his cooking? Extremely tasty, the dishes transport us to Italy, with in particular the wood fired pizzas that are made in front of us. Generously filled, the dough is delicious.
