This 21st edition, which celebrates the 40th anniversary of the event, will be an opportunity to discover the changes and innovations driving this sector.

  • The International Catering Cup rewards 24 butchers, delicatessens and restaurateurs
  • The World Pastry Cup brings together 20 teams of 3 pastry chefs, chocolatiers and ice cream makers
  • The Bocuse d’Or invites 24 chefs from as many countries

In total, 108 candidates from 56 countries take turns for 5 days on stage at the Sirha Lyon competition. A unique opportunity to promote national know-how from all over the world and present the challenges of each of the food professions.
