The recipes are proposed for 4 people, it’s up to you to adjust the quantities accordingly.
Monday January 30th: Chicken with vegetables and orange muffins
Let’s start the week with a recipe that combines vegetables and poultry for a complete meal.
For this second course you will need 4 chicken breasts, a carrot, an onion, a handful of frozen peas, olive oil, salt and pepper. In a skillet, sauté the chicken in olive oil until browned. Then add the vegetables and cook until the vegetables are tender and the chicken is cooked through. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
For dessert, I suggest you make orange muffins.
For this you will need 200 g of flour, 50 g of sugar, 1 egg, 100 ml of milk, 50 ml of oil, 1 sachet of yeast, 1 orange and icing sugar. Preheat your oven to 180°C. In a bowl mix the flour, sugar and baking powder. In another bowl mix the egg, milk and oil. Add this compound to the first preparation and mix until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Grate the orange and add it to the preparation. Pour the mixture into muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes. Once cooked, sprinkle them with powdered sugar and enjoy your meal!

Tuesday 31 January: Homemade lasagna and chocolate cake
For the main course, I suggest you prepare delicious homemade lasagna.
For this you will need 500 g of lasagne, 500 g of minced meat, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 can of peeled tomatoes, 1 can of tomato puree, 2 tablespoons of tomato puree, 1 tablespoon of olive oil olive, salt and pepper. In a pan, saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil. Add the minced meat and cook until well browned. Then add the peeled tomatoes, the tomato puree and the tomato puree and mix everything together. Simmer for 10 minutes and season to taste. In a baking dish spread a layer of sauce, then a layer of lasagna, then a layer of sauce, then a layer of pasta, etc. until the ingredients run out. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!

For dessert I suggest you prepare a soft and dark chocolate cake.
For this you will need 100 g of butter, 200 g of dark chocolate, 3 eggs, 100 g of sugar, 100 g of flour and 1 sachet of baking powder. Preheat your oven to 180°C. In a saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate over low heat. In a bowl, mix the eggs and sugar until the mixture turns white. Add the flour and baking powder and mix. Then add the chocolate and butter mixture and mix until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Pour the mixture into a cake pan and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!

Wednesday 1 February: courgette gratin and apple clafoutis
For this second course I suggest you make a zucchini gratin.
For this you will need 3 courgettes, 2 onions, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 tablespoons of flour, 50 g of butter, 50 g of grated Parmesan, 1 liter of milk, salt and pepper. Preheat your oven to 180°C. In a pan, saute the onion and garlic in butter. Then add the zucchini and cook until the zucchini is tender. In a bowl mix the flour and milk. Add this mixture to the zucchini mixture and stir until well blended. Pour into a baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan. Cook for 30 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!

For dessert, I suggest making an apple clafoutis.
For this you will need 4 apples, 4 eggs, 200 g of sugar, 75 g of flour, a pinch of salt, 1 liter of milk, 2 sachets of vanilla sugar and ground cinnamon. Preheat your oven to 180°C. In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. In another bowl, mix the eggs and milk. Add this compound to the first preparation and mix until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Peel and cut the apples into small pieces and add them to the preparation. Pour the mixture into a cake tin and sprinkle with the ground cinnamon. Cook for 30 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!

Thursday 2 February: Cantonese rice and fruit salad
For this second course I suggest you prepare a tasty Cantonese rice.
For this you will need 300 g of rice, 2 carrots, an onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 chicken stock cubes, 1 pepper, 20 g of butter, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and salt and pepper. In a saucepan, boil the water and add the chicken bouillon cubes. Then add the rice and cook until the rice is cooked through. In a pan, saute the onion, garlic and carrots in olive oil. Add the pepper and cook everything until the vegetables are tender. Then add the rice and cook for about 5 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!

For dessert, I offer you a delicious fruit salad.
For this you will need 2 apples, 2 pears, 2 bananas, 1 orange, honey and walnuts. Peel and cut the fruit into pieces and put it in a salad bowl. Add honey and mix everything. Sprinkle with nuts and enjoy!

Friday 3 February: Fish fillet and apple crumble
As a main course, I recommend preparing a delicious fish fillet.
For this you will need 4 fish fillets, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons of mustard, 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper. In a pan, saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil. Then add the fish fillets and cook until the fish is golden brown. Add mustard and lemon juice and mix everything. Simmer for 5 minutes and season to taste. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!

For dessert I suggest you prepare an apple crumble.
For this you will need 4 apples, 80 g of sugar, 80 g of flour, 80 g of butter, 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of honey. Preheat your oven to 180°C. In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon and butter. Peel and cut the apples into pieces and place them in a baking dish. Add honey and mix everything. Sprinkle the flour mixture over the apples and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!

Saturday 4 February: Spaghetti alla bolognese and chocolate ice cream
For the main course, I suggest you prepare a tasty bolognese.
For this you will need 500 g of minced meat, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 can of peeled tomatoes, 1 can of tomato puree, 2 tablespoons of tomato puree, 500 g of spaghetti, salt and pepper. Cook the spaghetti in a pot of boiling salted water for 10 minutes. In a pan, saute the onion and garlic. Add the minced meat and cook until well browned. Then add the peeled tomatoes, the tomato puree and the tomato puree and mix everything together. Simmer for 10 minutes and season to taste. Serve the spaghetti with the sauce and enjoy your meal!

For dessert, I offer you a delicious chocolate ice cream.
For this you will need 200 g of dark chocolate, 4 eggs, 200 g of sugar, 1 liter of milk and 1 sachet of vanilla sugar. Preheat your oven to 180°C. In a bowl, mix the eggs and sugar until the mixture turns white. Add the milk and vanilla sugar and mix. Then add the chocolate and mix until you get a smooth paste. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!

Sunday 5 February: Croque-monsieur and crème brûlée
For this second course, I suggest you prepare croque-monsieurs that will delight everyone.
For this you will need 8 slices of sandwich bread, 4 slices of ham, 4 slices of cheese, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of mustard and salt and pepper. In a bowl mix the eggs and mustard. Spread the preparation on each slice of bread and add a slice of ham and a slice of cheese. Close the sandwiches and brush them with the rest of the preparation. Heat a pan and cook the croque-monsieur until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!

For dessert, I suggest a deliciously flavored crème brûlée.
For this you will need 4 eggs, 100 g of sugar, 1 liter of milk, 2 sachets of vanilla sugar and ground cinnamon. Preheat your oven to 180°C. In a bowl mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the milk and mix until you get a smooth paste. Pour the mixture into the molds and sprinkle with the ground cinnamon. Cook for 30 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
