Original ideas for unforgettable recipes
– 4 eggs
– 250 g of flour
– 1/2 liter of milk
– 50 g of sugar
– 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
– 30 g of butter
– Food coloring (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple)
Recipe :
1/ In a bowl, mix the flour, icing sugar and vanilla sugar.
2/ Melt the butter and add it to the mixture. Add the eggs.
3/ Dilute the dough by adding the milk little by little. (So you will avoid lumps)
4/ Divide the dough into bowls, one for each different color desired, and add a few drops of colouring. Mix.
5/ All you have to do is cook!
#2 Tiramisu pancakes
Ingredients (4 people)
– 6 eggs
– 250 g of flour
– 1/2 liter of milk
– 100 g of granulated sugar
– 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
– 30 g of butter
– 250 g of mascarpone
– 50 g of cocoa powder
– 1 c. soluble coffee
Pancake batter recipe:
1/ In a bowl, mix the flour and half the icing sugar (50 g).
2/ Melt the butter and add it to the mixture. Add 4 eggs.
3/ Dilute the dough by adding the milk little by little. (so you’ll avoid lumps).
4/ Let it rest (about 1 hour), and all that’s left is to cook!
Stuffing recipe:
1/ Beat the egg yolks with the mascarpone and the remaining icing sugar (50 g) and the vanilla sugar.
2/ Incorporate the previously whipped egg whites and mix gently so as not to break the egg whites.
Assembly:
To assemble, just alternate a pancake with a thin layer of cream until you get a thick dough that forms a cake. Don’t forget to let it cool down for a few hours before serving!
#3 Savory crepes

Ingredients for 4 people)
– 4 eggs
– 250 g of flour
– 1/2 liter of milk
– 30 g of semi-salted butter
– Herbs of your choice (suggestion: dill)
– Smoked salmon
– 150 g of spreadable cheese (philadelphia/boursin type)
– 50cl of fresh liquid cream
Pancake batter recipe:
1/ Melt the butter.
2/ In a bowl, mix the melted butter, flour, eggs and herbs.
3/ Dilute the dough by adding the milk little by little. (so you’ll avoid lumps).

Ingredients for 4 people)
– 4 eggs
– 250 g of flour
– 1/2 liter of milk
– 30 g of semi-salted butter
– Aromatic herbs of your choice (recommendation: Herbes de Provence and oregano)
– 2 tomatoes
– 50 g of grated mozzarella
– 1 onion
– 1 pepper
Pancakes Recipe:
1/ Melt the butter.
2/ In a bowl, mix the melted butter, flour, eggs and herbs.
3/ Dilute the dough by adding the milk little by little. (so you’ll avoid lumps).
4/ Let it rest (about 1 hour), and all that’s left is to cook!
Stuffing recipe:
1/ Cook the tomatoes, pepper and onion together.
2/ Mix everything.

Ingredients for 4 people)
– 4 eggs
– 250 g of flour
– 1/2 liter of milk

– Salted butter caramel
Pancakes Recipe:
1/ In a bowl, mix the flour and sugar.

4/ Let it rest (about 1 hour), and all that’s left is to cook!
Stuffing recipe:
1/ Peel and cut the apples into small pieces.
2/ Melt a knob of butter in a pan.
3/ Add the apples and sprinkle them with sugar.
4/ Stir so that the apples are cooked evenly.
Assembly:
